Getting a great headshot shouldn’t feel like an ordeal.

Most people dread photo sessions — the awkward posing, the forced smiles, the anxiety of not knowing how to look natural in front of a camera. You walk in hoping for the best and walk out unsure if you got it.

That’s exactly what Rob Sandberg set out to change.

As a Peter Hurley Headshot Crew Mentor — the highest designation in one of the most respected headshot communities in the industry — Rob has spent over five years mastering not just the technical craft of lighting and composition, but the human side: how to coach genuine expressions, put people at ease, and create the conditions where your best self shows up naturally.

The result? Clients who come in nervous leave saying it was the best photo of their life.

Whether you need corporate headshots, LinkedIn photos, actor headshots, or business portraits, Rob’s approach is the same: create an environment where you’re relaxed, having fun, and not even thinking about the camera — until you see the images.

You deserve headshots that actually look like you at your best.

Rob is here to make that happen.
